RETURNING AN ITEM

I RECEIVED A DUD ITEM AND OPENED A RETURN REQUEST.

 

THAT WAS A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THE SELLER.

 

I AM THEREFORE UNABLE TO RETURN THE ITEM AS I DON'T HAVE THEIR ADDRESS.

 

I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT EBAY ABOUT THIS ITEM AS I HAVE RAISED A REQUEST

 

I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT THE SELLER AGAIN AS THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM MY LIST OF PURCHASES.

 

ANY SUGGESTIONS ABOUT HOW I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK?
