Hi, I ordered an item from Japan which hasn't arrived three months later. I contacted the seller to say I hadn't received the item and they replied that there had been delays with Japan Post due to Covid. I agreed to close the return since they said it had definitely been posted. It still hasn't arrived and I contacted them again. They suggested I open a refund req
