• I purchased this Reclining Chair with Footstool Chair Recliner      Armchair Lounge – reference:  252919354549 at Ebay Order     Number: 252919354549-2596996846015 on 7 April 2020 and   paid a substantial amount of £ 139.99. This amount was paid     through my Credit Card.

• The Recliner Chair was faulty and stopped working within six      months of its purchase, within the warrantee period. I could not contact you earlier because I had misplaced order reference       number, otherwise I would have   been in contact with you         immediately.

• I did not expect that a Seller of your standing will hide behind     technicities to avoid responsibility. Neither did I expect that your product would breakdown so soon. Six months or even a year is not a reasonable time for Recliner Chair to breakdown.

• I expected this product to be a source of pleasure and enjoyment for a long time, but it has turned out to be a constant                punishment. Your negative attitude is not helping either.

• I have relied upon Ebay and your Company. I trust you will   not let me down on pure technicalities.

• I am asking Ebay to intervene to resolve this rather debilitating   impasse with you.
