I've bought some cufflinks which I suspect may be counterfeit items.
The seller sent them in 2 individial zip lock bags within a jiffy envelope. I've emailed asking if he has any proof that they are genuine and he claims to have nothing which will corroborate his statement that they absolutely are..
He's requested I return the items for a refund but what are the procedures for doing this?
I obviously want them to be fully insured and tracked (if they are genuine, then they have a retail value of about £250), but would I then be reimbursed for the return postage? Apoligies for a pretty basic question, but I've never had to make a return on any items since I started using eBay.
