Qr code for my buyer

My buyer has paid me and collected her item but she hasn't received a code so we couldn't scan it. How do we get her a code sent?

The QR code is sent to the phone app. Your buyer should bring the code with them on their phone and you scan it.

 

If you don't use the app you can bypass it.

 

You can mark as Paid and Dispatched on your Sold items page.
