Purchasing an item some miles away

I have recently seen an item that I would like to bid on........ I live in Southampton, the item was in Manchester.......... I am travelling North to see my parents near Manchaester, but not for 2 weeks......... I sent an e-mail asking if... I was to win the bid, could I collect in 2 weeks when I travel North......... No response, so assume bidding is o.k. ( maybe this is the issue)....bid and win........ receive an e-mail asking for cash and collection next day ......... explain my position... receive e-mail saying that an e-mail was sent to say that was unacceptable ( I did not receive ), then telling me that my request was unacceptable....... I sent mail stating my position that I did not receive previous mail, and maybe to relist....... this item has now been relisted with emphasis on the point that I am a time waster........ do not agree and would not wish my previous record to be be marred by this one transaction.

Just to add i'm disappointed to see you left the seller a negative, the mistake was yours and that is awfully unfair.

The seller could have that feedback removed and it would be a black mark on your account for breaching feedback rules..

Why you would complain about your previous record being marred when you have had no trouble marring this sellers account is beyond me.
