I have purchased a pair of Rugby boots which for some reason do not show in my purchased iems(but I have all the evidience of the pruchase). In order to raise a dispute it won't let me without selecting the item from my purchases. How do I do this if not in my purchase history?
Did you buy as a guest? I think your only option is to go through your card provider.
