Purchased counterfeit football boots

Evening,

I was wondering if someone could help me please. My Son has purchased some Nike football boots. They arrived today and as soon as he saw them he realised they were fake. He requested a refund and stated all the reasons why they were fake to be told by the seller that they are not fake, they were bought as a present and he dosent offer refunds. If he dosent want them he was told to sell them on.

I would like toknow where does he stand in getting a refund?

Go to "More Actions", far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page, click on Return this item > Doesn't match description, and escalate it to eBay after 8/9 days to get a refund after return.
