Purchase has warranty but can't contact seller

A kitchen tap which I bought last July said it has a lifetime warranty. It has been in use for a few months now and the nozzle button that changes the flow to spray jammed and I can only use the spray function. When I tried to contact the seller for help with getting a new nozzle it appears that the seller has blocked the contact seller function. The 'contact eBay help' link just keeps sending me back to the help pages. Can anyone suggest a way forward?

Kind regards,

Rose

Sorry but Warranties are nothing to do with Ebay or PayPal. Do you actually have a Manufactures Guarantee?

A Business Seller has contact information on the bottom left of their listings so they are not going to block that.

However if no response you get advice from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.

Warranties given by sellers on ebay are only as good as your ability to enforce them.  If you want a proper warranty you buy from a Reputable well known business seller  in store or on line, NOT from Joe Bloggs on Ebay.
