Hi , I'm set up for automatic payement through PayPal , which I have assumed when I buy something it's paid by PayPal . Which has been the case all the time I've been a member of eBay . Recently I've been getting a bill from Sarl which is purchase buyer fees , but when I do buy anything I have always assumed I do not get charged for purchasing things ?
I have emailed PayPal twice but no reply as yet
