I have accepted the free listings promotional offer, unfortunately my listings are not listing for free .... Please help?????

The reason you are being charged for the listings is because you're listing with multiple quantities. It is in the T&Cs of the offer that multiple quantity listings are excluded.
You are clearly trading as a business seller and not actually entitled to the free promos. Only private sellers - those selling off their own personal possessions/decluttering are entitled to these freebies.
