Promotion offer

Hi, I have received a promotional offer from Ebay to get 80% off final value fees. I have accepted the offer and listed some items. There is a counter at the bottom of my selling page with the remaining listings that I have on this offer but this no longer counts down. I contacted Ebay and they have said this is the new way. Is this correct? As now I do not know how many listings I have left.

Never fails to amaze the answers that Customer Service provides!  No of course it's not the ' new way'.

My counter for 80% is counting down.

It is an issue though,  as you are not the only person having this issue.
