Is anyone having problems promoting their listings? I have many individual item listings and I like to promote them on that basis. Usually, one by one as I schedule them.
I can't do this now and have to wait for them to go live before I can promote which kind of defeats the purpose of preparing earlier. I would normally promote at a higher rate than eBay suggested but now I can't be bothered and just tick their suggested rate as it's quicker. It seems that even if they have gone live I am unable to promote some listings at all with no explanation as to why. I've talked to CS three times about this and have had no satisfactory answer. Is this affecting anyone else?
