Promoted listing fees on offers

As a seller, I love promoted listings and the ability to make offers respectively. However, as two relatively new features, they don't go hand in hand.

I need to know if the watchers are the result of a promoted listing so I can factor it into the price I send as an offer. I keep getting stung by doing offers that just scrape a profit to learn that I also owe eBay for the promoted listing fee.

I just need to know this info before I send the offer. I think it should be straight forward enough to implement. Does anyone know if there's a suggestions box for the programmers?
