I was getting 50K plus impressions a day before 13th of April.
Then it plummeted to 45 ish a day, I tried starting a new campaign on the 24th of april to see if it would change anything but it's still extremely low. I'm getting a constant 5000 organic impressions a day but my promoted is extremely low.
When I say 45 a day, I mean just 45 impressions, not 45K.
I understand eBay reserves the right to stop advertising, do I have a ban or restrictions on my account?
I've contacted Customer Services any they said something about a system restriction that stops the "Visibility but I've been a Top-Rated Seller for 3+ months now.
I've extracted a segment of the conversation with Customer Service, I've editted so that Italic is CS and Bold is my texting, I have also removed the Customer Service's operatives First and Last name for the sake of thier privacy and used an Initial.
