A seller has the exact same description of all items of clothing that she has for sale. Also, she hides the sleeves so it looks like it's sleeveless! What can I do as she has a fair amount of negative feedback about clothes really smelling bad & stained etc?

Photos of items must match the written description, so if that is not the case the item is not as described.
If you have received such an item then complete a case in the Resolution Centre:
