Problems with eBay selling at the moment.

I was wondering if anyone can confirm if they are having similar problems, all seem to be vaguely related:

The first is customers were buying one of my listings, then purchasing from another listing and eBay zero rated the second postage charge. It didn't apply my postage discount, it just set it two zero. Only seems to occur on these two listings. 

The second issue is: "The seller doesn't post to this country", my customers (two now) have been getting this message even though they both live in the UK (same as I do). 

The third issue is eBay is not letting sellers ask for a total. My customer gets a message saying I don't offer combined postage, and I must admit I've had this a few times in the last week as a buyer as well. 

All these issues have started in the last 7 days.
