Am I the only seller having problems with this company? Ebay send me a voucher every month and I can only spend it at Ebay Packaging UK. This company are totally useless! I ordered some envelopes 12 days ago and they haven't even dispatched them yet! This is not the first time either. I realise things are strained at the moment but if that's the best you can do, in my opinion, you have no right advertising them for sale. If this was a regular seller Ebay would sort it out. I am sick of this situation and wonder if I am the only one?
