I have an item sold on 2nd August and I haven't received payment. Each time I click on the 'resolve a problem' link to open a NPB I'm prompted to to enter my password, but when I do the page doesn't move on, just refreshes and the password field is blank. Doesn't matter how many times I try, same result.
So I went to the help pages and tried to open a case via
I get the message: "This buyer is no longer registered on eBay, or their account has been suspended. You can open an unpaid item case and we'll close the case immediately in your favour. You'll receive a final value fee credit when the case is closed."
But when I click the link I get this "We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help, visit our help pages."
Can anyone help??
If you're lucky this may simply be a technical glitch, which may be fixed soon. At least you still have plenty of time to open the case.
If the problem persists, all you can do is try to contact eBay customer support - which huge numbers of other members are also trying to do.
