Problem with selling the product

I want to sell on ebay, but I am facing a problem. Although my paypal is connected to my mail, I encounter such a problem when trying to sell products. "PayPal email - The email address you entered is not linked to a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll need to create one with that email address so buyers can pay you"how can i fix this

You are in Turkey, so need to log out & back into ebay.com.

You may not be able to add paypal, as all selelrs are being moved to ebay's Managaed payments, where they pay into your bank.
