Hiya...
I am having a problem with a buyer who claims they have not received an item I sold them a month ago and they have just started a dispute. The item was posted out the first day possible after payment was made. I have checked the buyers address details and I believe them to have been changed.. I have reported this to ebay is there any other thing I can do to sort this out.
Thanx J
As long as you sent the item tracked or used 1st or 2nd class [bigger than a large letter] you can input the tracking or 16-digit reference into the selling summary.
If you do that and the buyer opens a non-delivery case eBay will pick it up and - if it shows delivery - then they will close the case.
From the buyer's point of view it may seem unfair but if you can show delivery through tracking [etc] to any address that removes any responsibility from you to refund.
Make sure you added tracking & tht way, if you can prove delivery, you'll win the case
