I have an account, i have never bort or sold anythin intill now and as im contacting the sellers To ask about the items my first few mesgs sent but now its not letting me ask questions anymore just keeps say oops user blocked does that mean im blocked for some ression or the people im mesgin and if its me how can i fix please help thank you

Are you sure that you haven't just hit eBay's limit on the number of messages you can send?
Otherwise, it sounds as thoug the seller(s) concerned have blocked you from bidding, or from messaging them. This is probably not personal to you. Sellers can block bidders for a variety of reasons, most commonly because they don't deliver to the country or region where the buyer lives.
