Problem replying to seller

Trying to reply to a seller, soon as I type the first letter the page shoots up so you can't see the reply box anymore, each time you pull the box down you type the letter again and it shoots up again out of sight, one thing I have noticed is the reply button on the seller's message is blue and red instead of blue and white and fuzzy, 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of trying to reply through the message, use a different way. Click on the ID of the seller, then on right side use CONTACT.
