Problem buyer

I have one buyer who bought but never paid. "Easy enough" you think, just raise a case and block the buyer.

I did that.... then the same person was reincarnated with a different user name.. but the same mailing address. They bought from me again, didn't pay so I went through the same process and complained to eBay.

The buyer did it a third time, and now a fourth.

I have all 4 user names... all associated with the same person and the same address.

"why not tell ebay?" you ask

... because there is no facility to send any message to eBay. If you select "contact us" the next question is please select what the question relates to, and you all know the next line.... none of the options are relevant.

Ebay simply has no motivation to ban the buyer. The only one affected by this bad conduct is me, so why should they expend any effort when the fees keep rolling in?!

You may be able to block the buyer by their email address.

That should work if they have simply changed their eBay identity and not their email address.

It won’t work if they have multiple email addresses and have opened new accounts on each one though.

Regarding contacting eBay CS, just choose the nearest, or any, option.

That should get you through to someone.

Early morning is best as you have a better chance to be put through to a CS Advisor in Dublin.
