Hi

I have been unable to print from ebay for a couple of months. I keep getting the message "We were not able to take payment" I have cancilled the agreement with Paypay as told still not letting me print. It seems ebay  cant work out why maybe some one can help

I have no idea what you mean, so I am not surprised that ebay can't work it out.

How do "Print" and "We were unable to take payment" and "Paypal" connect with anything.

Every time I try to print a postage label in EBay the message is always the same ... we were not able to take the payment” what’s happening is eBay are trying to get the money out of an old PayPal account. Both eBay and PayPal can’t seem to be able to change the account Email.
