Pre owned Nappies and removed by ebay

I had my ad selling cloth Nappies removed saying it didn't meet the ebay selling policy as they don't allow the selling of used underwear including cloth nappies. There are however loads of ads on ebay selling exactly that and all listed as used! Any ideas where I went wrong with my listing?

It's like speeding. The fact that other people do it, and get way with it, doesn't mean that you can do the same.
