Pre approved payment on PayPal

I have been billed on PayPal by eBay titled pre approved payment. What is this for as I have not sold enything in a while just purchased stuff. Cheers for any help!

you sold items at the end of April, the fees will be for those

Have you paid the selling fees for items sold in March and April ?? ... 

Listings may be free ... but ... when you Sell, you will have selling fees to pay ...
1.PayPal take 3.4% + 20 pence (3.9% International) immediately for processing the payment ... then ...
2.eBay invoice for 10% of total including postage later in the monthly billing period.
