I delivered the parcel by hand not knowing a family member had put it has 2nd class letter so it's status is 'not delivered' how do I deal with this?
Delivered it by hand where?.
If you delivered to the buyers address yourself then you have no tracking.
If it had been sent 2nd class letter it still would not show delivered unless you paid extra for tracking
