Posting to alternative address

Hi if I chose to have my item delivered to an alternative address does the seller see my actual address as well? I'm considering getting keys cut but worried the seller could cut another set using the codes I provide and sell these onto criminals who can use them to burgle us.

You change the Delivery Address before you Pay when you Log into Checkout. PayPal then send the Seller a Delivery Confirmation Email with the Delivery Address you selected.

Thanks Ruby Tuesday I thought that was the option but wasn't sure if the transaction/invoice between myself and the seller showed my registered address.

You obviously have doubts about such a transaction so maybe best to use a local store to you, to get keys cut.

You can add alternative delivery addresses in your ebay account,and choose such an alternative address at checkout.

Go to my ebay > account > addresses. You can add an alternative delivery address there,but worth checking which address that shows each time you use the ebay checkout
