I listed an item for postage at £8, the actual postage is £12.98 for parcel Force can I ask for the full amount after payment of the item.
thanks
No. the buyer may not have bid if the postage had been £5 dearer. You can't move the goalposts after the sale..
You just have to take the loss yourself. If it's any consolation - we've all been there.
No. You can not ask for any more than on the listing
Your mistake so you have to make up the difference
We have all done it at some time of another and learn from our mistakes
It is always best to check weights and measurements with the packaging before listing your items
so you dont get caught out
no, you have to check how much the P&P is going to be BEFORE you list the item,
you cannot charge more after the sale.
