Hi all. I have received a message from a buyer who i fully refunded on 23rd January the postage wasn't collected so paypal refunded me on 23rd February however they contacted me today, 2 months after i fully refunded, March 20th asking me to re send the amount. I want to know where stand on this matter, as 2 months is a long to time?
Any thoughts please?
