Postage refund

I've just refunded some overpaid postage but eBay has marked the item as a full refund whilst still showing as Item Paid Post Now ...but I cannot mark as dispatched.....

I hasten to add I only refunded part of the postage so I don't see how eBay can say it's s full refund. Their software is so pants
