Why is Ebay charging 10% for the postage fees, i agree some people charge excessive costs, but for the people that dont its disgraceful. I have been paying it myself. If you send something recorded delivery it is already quite pricey and it puts buyers off if you charge stupid amounts. Ebay should target the sellers who obviously are profiting from postage. I dont even charge for the wrapping cost or bags which I have bought from the postoffice. Shocking!!!

You were correct in your first sentence. It was the few who spoilt it for the majority. The ' few ' added to, just too much of a loss for Ebay so they had to implement this charge.
An example being, someone could list say a blouse for 99p with an £8.99 postage, therefore evading all fees. Probably mulitply this by several million items, and it was becoming a huge loss of fees for Ebay This cannot happen now. Also those of us offering 'Free Postage' have always paid the charge.
