Postage error

Hello. I need to cancel the royal mail postage label and change postage to packlink / hermes.

Go to My eBay and click Sell on the left side of the page.   Click on Postage Labels, find the label and select Refund from the Actions column on the right.

I'm using windows 10 and things weren't quite as you described. But due to
your message I now knew what I was looking for. All is OK. Thanks for your
help. I must double check before hitting go!
