Post office issue

I sent a wii game with a large letter postage label but was told by the post office they would not accept it. I have sent them this way before, could someone please help me and give me some advice?

If the package would not go through the Large Letter slot then it is not a large letter. It is up to you to know the sizes,they are given in the booklet "Our Prices" on RM website or available from PO.

You have to make sure you are within the weight limit, 100g or 250g

& must be no thicker than 25mm, games will be near the limit for both of above,

so have to pack carefully.
