Positive feedback but actually insulting

Hi,

I've been left postive feedback as a buyer that is actually an insult.

I bought an item. They claimed they didn't have the item to sell. They then relist the item.

I left negative feedback which has obviously resulted in the retaliation.

Was i out of order? Would you remove the negative feedback?

Can i get mine removed?

It is against ebay policy for sellers to give buyers negative feedback or to leave a positive with a negative comment

Report to ebay to get it removed

The seller will get a black mark on their account

adding to the advice already given -

Unfortunately if the seller asks eBay will remove the neg you left.

That's a bit of a joke isn't it?

Even with proof in my messages that they claim they didn't actually have the item to send when I bought it?

Ah well...
