Please help me an 82nyear old OAP – I have tried calling eBay but problems with your phones and finding your contact me or chat helpline is beyond me!

As a seller I can no longer see my sales items on Classic view – the view I can see does not show number of viewers etc.

How do I find feedback left by my buyers?

I have not seen sell for just £1 per item since April – have I missed that offer?

Promotional Offers. recent ones I have had have been 50% or 80%of the selling fees, the £1 offershave ot been made for some time.

I really do not know why you are having these problems, nothing much has changed, feedback is in  the usual place, just click on your ID or number of feedback. That has worked since I joined in 2002.

The Classic site has been phased out and it is now the seller hub. This can be CUSTOMISED, top right side of pages, to fit your needs. Same applies to listings, you can re-arrange the order, but if you can't see views or watchers it only means it is off the screen to the right and you just move the page sideways to the left.
