I have sold three items on ebay but realised that my Paypal email address is wrong and showing my old ntl address which is no longer.
My new address is a Virgin media one and the three people keep trying to pay but to my old email so it just shows an egg timer and saying payment pending.
In a bit of a mess with this not sure what to tell the buyers I take it they will have to cancel their payment and try to pay again but they need to pay to the correct email address and not sure how to tell them what to do?
Can anyone help?
