Paypal and not credited

i have had a transaction and i have not signed up for managed payments

it has shown as being paid and then its on my paypal account as a transaction but my balance is not credited to this

so it is showing as a transaction but this is not an ebay trans as its on my account

is there any other thoughts what this could be ?

Not signing up to Managed Payments is a bad mistake, as after 31st May you will not be able to sell as buyers will not be able to pay you.
