Hi. I am trying to bid on an item. But Ebay are saying My account has reached its limit? I need to verify my Paypal account. **bleep**?

Call Paypal to verify your account,  and hopefully you will not face this block again.

Be aware ,  as a new user you will have an initial limit to the number of bids you can use,  until you build up a good buying record,  showing that you pay for items promptly,  then that block is removed.
