I have twice tried to make a payment on an item through PayPal.
I have then been notified by PayPal that I have authorised this. However eBay keeps telling me payment not made
Are you paying through Ebay Check out? If not hen ebay obviously cannot see that payment has been made. I still use Paypal to pay and have had no problems using it, although I use funds already in my Paypal Account.
