Payment

Hi all,

I sold an item and it has been collected but I was not home at the time so didn't scan barcode. The buyer has paid but I can't seem to get payment without the barcode and am not sure how to resolve this issue?

Any help appreciated!

Mark as paid and despatched in More actions or Order/Sold ... best to accept Cash on inspection/collection = No risk of 21 day payment holds, Chargebacks  or claims for Not received/not as described/damaged etc. >
