I've paid for a bike via cash on collection bit can't see how to mark that as paid on my account
You can't mark as paid, only the seller can do that.
Think about it, if you could mark as paid you wouldn't even need to pay.
Buyers cannot do that themselves.
You must ask your seller to do that.
eBay automatic reminders for you to pay should stop after 30 days.
