I tried buying some items to get the 20% off last night but I tried paying and said couldn't process the payment then tried again and it said thanks for your order, I got a email at 9.55pm saying that the payment didn't go through and now it wants me to pay the full price, is there anything I can do? As seems a lot of people had the same problem.
