Payment pending

I sold 4 items on Saturday, first time selling. First item marked Payment Initiated and available in my funds 3rd October surly I can't make the buyer wait that long to before I send winning item, now says awaiting payment. Tried to phone contact Ebay as have no address for sending or if money is paid. What should I do. Regards Sue

You have to Post within your Dispatch Handling Time. Log into your PayPal Account. It should say "Pending ok to Post" if you have been Paid.

For an Address find the Sold Item there should be a Blue Link - See PayPal Details. Click on that.
