I have an item that I purchased which arrived damaged, The seller offered a partial refund, which I accepted. Refund appeared OK in my PayPal account, but the item is now tagged as " payment pending" in my items purchased list as if I was the seller and not the buyer. How do I fix this please - I've tried the chatline service but got nowhere.
