Hi all. 

I have a held payment.

The guy paid via ebay, and I hand delivered the item (covid secure), and now the guy is saying he doesn't have an option to say its been delivered, only an option to track.

How can I get this resolved to get my funds please?

You will have to wait out the 21 days because you didn't Post the Item and didn't add any Tracking Number into Dispatch.

Best not to hand deliver Items. Buyers can Open an Item Not Received Case. With no proof of Delivery you would have to Fully Refund.

I got the buyer to message confirming he received the product and E ay customer services have manually released the funds. Available in 24 hours. ✌🏼
