Payment on hold

I sold an item on  4 June and have not received payment from eBay despite the fact I informed them immediately it was collected.

What can I do to receive payment.

The same thing has happened with another sale.

How did you inform them?.

You have to put tracking onto the item in your sold section and will not be able to do that if it was collected
