Payment on Hold

I have a payment on hold, I can see it holding on my paypal account but the balance there is still showing 0, given the value of the item I just want to ensure that this is a normal process before I send the item to the buyer?  The buyer was late paying and then asked lots of questions after winning the bid, just want to ensure this is payment on hold by ebay is normal.  Thank you in advance.

As a new of infrequent seller your money will be on the 21 days hold

This is for all new or infrequent sellers

On the Seller hub you can go to Payments and check the status of your funds

If you sent tracked or with the  Post office 16 digit code off your receipt for packets 

the put that onto the item in your Sold section 

You may get your money earlier
