The two items I have sold have been payed for by the buyer however I have not received the money in my pay pal yet it’s in my eBay amount.

If it's the first time you've received payment you probably need to confirm your email address with Paypal for the money to come through.  It may be put on hold though, as a new seller.   Check in your Paypal account > click on the cog icon, top right > Email

My email on my PayPal is already confirmed, so I guess it’s a payment hold? I am a new seller on eBay but what do I need to do to get the money? The hold is stood for over 2 months now
